General Terms and Conditions SHIPPING We package and ship all orders the next business day, excluding weekends or holidays unless the item(s) has been back ordered or there are delays in authorizing your payment for the purchase.
RETURNS No unauthorized returns will be accepted. You must email or call for approval to obtain Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) . Within the earlier of 30 days after shipment of goods or 20 days of verified receipt of goods, you may return the unused and completely resalable item or items (shipping prepaid, contents insured) for a prompt refund or credit (excluding shipping and handling). You must speak to our customer service associate to obtain and RMA authorization number. The RMA number must be prominently marked on the exterior of the box, or the item will be refused. RMAs are valid for 30 days once issued. Items returned more than 30 days after the issuance of an RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please return products in unused and resalable condition, in original boxes including wrapping and all paperwork. Please allow 30 days for processing. No returns permitted on any opened products. Customers must incur the cost of shipping on any return unless Xandra Renouvelle is responsible for the error.
UNAUTHORIZED AND IMPROPER RETURNS All returns sent to Xandra Renouvelle that do not meet our requirements will be refused and the customer must incur any costs for return shipping. No returns accepted after three months.
DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES Damaged packages and shortages must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) after verified receipt of goods. Xandra Renouvelle does not have any control over the carrier handling of the merchandise. If you receive a package that has visual damage on the exterior of the package, the package appears to have been opened and resealed, or you find damaged or missing items, report the damage or shortage immediately by phone 1-330-842-2122. We will verify exactly how your order was packaged. Replacement or reimbursement may not be issued if the original box and all of the packaging materials used are not provided.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS Xandra Renouvelle reserves the right to determine whether a replacement item will be shipped or a credit issued. Depending on the nature of the situation, the replacement or credit action will take place after satisfactory verification of the damage or missing items.
RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from Xandra Renouvelle are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS Xandra Renouvelle makes every attempt to represent is product accurately on this site and its accompanying collateral material. However, Xandra Renouvelle does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Xandra Renouvelle itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

By visiting or making a purchase from Xandra Renouvelle, you agree that the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Xandra Renouvelle or its associates. DISPUTES Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Xandra Renouvelle or to products you purchase from us shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ohio. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY Please review any other other policies and notices posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Xandra Renouvelle. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Disclaimer
As with any product, it is impossible to predict how an individual will react to soap, bath, and skin products or supplements. Skin test all products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs. If you have an allergic reaction to any of these products, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Argan oil is derived from the fruit or "nut" of the Argania Spinosa tree. Although we are not aware of any negative reaction from individuals with nut allergies, this product should not be used by those allergic to nuts without first consulting a physician.
Those with severe skin conditions and sensitivities should consult their dermatologists before using any skin care or bath product. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, consult a health professional before using any essential oils or products containing essential oils.
Keep all essential oil products away from eyes and mucous membranes. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately. The skin care line of products are not for consumption. Always keep all skin care and bath products out of the reach of children.
Aromatherapy and the said benefits of essential oils are considered alternative treatments and not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention.
